Perfect Storm for Casting

I find it as a beautiful and creative piece to be honest.
Vision : Very good, image is sharpened in some places but a bit blurred in others.
Originality : It is indeed very original, This stock is over used but yours stands out by making a more different one then the ones we see everywhere on dA.
Technique : Could be a bit better, the lightning is a bit wrong, for example try to make the background, the sky, sea etc a bit darker if you want to use those pumpkins and lanterns, you lightened up her chest but if we think a bit more (just an opinion) it couldnt get THAT bright in "evening lightning".
The veil could also be a bit better, make it more visible at the top of the hat and less visible at the ending, almost fading not vice-versa.
The stairs should remain in their original colors and not desaturated, also did you try to create fog? Because you just blurred the stairs and you shouldnt <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/f/f…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Sad)"/> and if you need better fog brushes note me and I send you!
And I see the moon on top, and that is a no-no when it rains xD.
Impact : Overall everything is beautiful just a few things that can be fixed if you still keep the PSD.
